  • Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt (items must be returned with the Plamexs tag - as they were received, - still attached).
  • Please note that return shipments are handled at the customer’s expense.
  • To ensure the highest level of security and reliability, all returns must be shipped via DHL Express.

  3. Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original condition, including all original materials.
  4. Ship the item using DHL Express, at your own expense.
  5. Once shipped, kindly share the tracking details with us for confirmation.
  6. Schedule a DHL courier pick-up at a time convenient for you.

Refunds

  • Once your return arrives and is verified to be in its original condition, your full refund will be issued promptly.
