Sell to Us — Terms

These terms explain how we buy pre-owned designer bags directly from private individuals.

1. Who we are

PLAMEXS (plamexs.com) is operated by Plamex 8 Ltd, a limited liability company incorporated in Bulgaria, UIC 206075570, with registered address at 3 Koevo Street, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria (“PLAMEXS”, “we”). These terms govern the process by which we purchase pre-owned designer bags directly from private individuals (“you”, the “Seller”). Contact: support@plamexs.com · +359 89 371 1756.

2. Eligibility

You may offer an item for sale if you are at least 18 years old, you are the lawful owner of the item, and the item is authentic. We accept submissions from sellers located in the European Union.

3. The process

(a) You submit the form with photos and a description. (b) Within 2 business days we send you an indicative offer by email, valid for 14 days. (c) If you accept, we arrange an in-person handover or an insured courier pickup at our expense. (d) Our specialists inspect and authenticate the item. (e) We confirm the final offer and, if you accept, we sign a purchase agreement and protocol. (f) We pay the purchase price by bank transfer to an account in your name within 2 business days of signing.

4. Offers are indicative

Any offer made before physical inspection is an estimate based on the information and photos you provide. If the inspection reveals a materially different condition, model or completeness, we may adjust or withdraw the offer. We may decline any submission at our discretion, including without stating a reason.

5. Authenticity

We only purchase items that pass our in-house authentication. If an item does not pass our authentication, we simply decline the purchase and return the item to you — this reflects our verification standard and is not an accusation or a conclusion about you as the item’s owner. In that case, return shipping is at your expense. We never resell items that have not passed authentication. Where the law requires us to notify the competent authorities, we will comply.

6. Your declarations

By submitting an item and by signing the purchase agreement you declare that: the item is your personal property; it was lawfully acquired; it is not stolen, pledged, or subject to any dispute or third-party claim; the photos you submitted show the actual item offered, are recent, and have not been edited in a way that alters its appearance; and the information you provided is accurate. You will be asked to provide a valid identity document (national ID card or passport) when the purchase is completed — Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires us to document the identity of the person we buy from. The purchase agreement is bilingual (English and Bulgarian).

7. Delivery and returns

Courier shipping arranged by us is insured and at our expense. If an item does not pass our authentication, or its condition, model or completeness materially differs from the photos and description you provided, or you decide not to sell after the item has reached us, the item is returned at your expense. If the item matches your description and we nevertheless decide not to proceed, we return it at our expense. Risk of loss during transport arranged by us is borne by us up to the insured value.

8. Payment

All payments are made by bank transfer to a bank account held in the Seller’s own name. We do not pay in cash. The purchase price is final and includes no deductions or fees.

9. Taxes and reporting

Under Bulgarian law, income of private individuals from the sale of personal movable property is generally exempt from personal income tax, though exceptions may apply (for example, systematic sales conducted as a trade). We are required to report amounts paid to individuals to the National Revenue Agency. Nothing on this page constitutes tax advice — if in doubt, consult a tax adviser.

10. Personal data

We process your personal data (contact details, photos of the item, and — at the purchase stage — identity and bank details) to prepare an offer, conclude the purchase, and meet our legal obligations. Details, including retention periods and your rights, are set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. General

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Submitting the form does not create an obligation for either party to complete a sale; a sale is concluded only upon signing a written purchase agreement. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
