B2B Terms of Sale

These terms govern all wholesale purchases made through the PLAMEXS B2B program and apply in addition to our general Terms of Service. By applying for and using a B2B account, you accept these terms.

1. Eligibility

The B2B program is available exclusively to businesses registered within the European Union holding a valid VAT identification number. Each application is verified against the EU VIES system. PLAMEXS reserves the right to approve or decline any application, and to suspend or revoke B2B access at any time, at its sole discretion and without obligation to state reasons.

2. Business use only

B2B accounts and B2B pricing are intended solely for business customers purchasing in the course of their trade. Purchases made through a B2B account are business-to-business transactions. EU consumer protection rights — including the 14-day right of withdrawal and statutory consumer guarantees — do not apply to B2B purchases.

3. Pricing and VAT

B2B prices are visible only to approved, logged-in B2B customers and may be changed at any time. For deliveries to VAT-registered businesses in EU member states outside Bulgaria, VAT is charged at 0% under the reverse-charge mechanism (Art. 196, EU VAT Directive); the buyer accounts for VAT in their own member state. Invoices will state “Reverse charge” and include the buyer’s VAT number. The buyer agrees to provide accurate VAT details and, where requested, confirmation of receipt of goods in the destination member state.

4. Orders and availability

All items are unique, single-quantity pieces. An order is confirmed only once payment is completed; until then, items remain available to all customers.

5. Returns

All B2B sales are final. Returns are accepted only where an item materially differs from its description or photographs, notified within 5 days of delivery.

6. Authenticity

Every item is authenticated in-house prior to listing, as described on our Authenticity page.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
