B2B Terms of Sale

These terms govern all wholesale purchases made through the PLAMEXS B2B program and apply in addition to our general Terms of Service. By applying for and using a B2B account, you accept these terms.

1. Eligibility

The B2B program is available exclusively to businesses registered within the European Union holding a valid VAT identification number. Each application is verified against the EU VIES system. PLAMEXS reserves the right to approve or decline any application, and to suspend or revoke B2B access at any time, at its sole discretion and without obligation to state reasons.

2. Business use only

B2B accounts and B2B pricing are intended solely for business customers purchasing in the course of their trade. Purchases made through a B2B account are business-to-business transactions. EU consumer protection rights — including the 14-day right of withdrawal and statutory consumer guarantees — do not apply to B2B purchases.

3. Pricing and VAT

B2B prices are visible only to approved, logged-in B2B customers and may be changed at any time. For deliveries to VAT-registered businesses in EU member states outside Bulgaria, VAT is charged at 0% under the reverse-charge mechanism (Art. 196, EU VAT Directive); the buyer accounts for VAT in their own member state. Invoices will state "Reverse charge" and include the buyer's VAT number. The buyer agrees to provide accurate VAT details and, where requested, confirmation of receipt of goods in the destination member state. Retail promotional codes, seasonal offers and loyalty rewards do not apply to B2B accounts and cannot be combined with wholesale pricing.

4. Orders and availability

All items are unique, single-quantity pieces. An order is confirmed only once payment is completed; until then, items remain available to all customers.

5. Minimum order value

A minimum order value of €500 (five hundred euros) applies to all B2B wholesale purchases. Orders with a total value below this threshold will not be processed and will be cancelled. Any amounts paid in respect of a cancelled order will be refunded in full within 14 business days. PLAMEXS reserves the right to amend the minimum order value at any time by updating these terms; the minimum order value applicable at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.

6. Returns

All B2B sales are final. Returns are accepted only where an item materially differs from its description or photographs, notified within 5 days of delivery.

7. Authenticity

Every item is authenticated in-house prior to listing, as described on our Authenticity page.

8. Data protection

When you apply for a B2B account, we process the information submitted in the application form — name, email address, company name, country and EU VAT identification number — to assess and manage your application and, if approved, to operate your wholesale account. Your VAT number is validated against the European Commission's VIES system through our verification providers, is used to apply the correct VAT treatment (reverse charge) to your orders, and appears on your invoices as required by law. We send emails related to your application and account status. Application data is retained while your B2B account is active or as required for tax and accounting purposes. In all other respects, personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
