Orders

Need help with your order? You can track it anytime using the DHL tracking number sent to your email after dispatch. If you would like to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@plamexs.com - we will do our best to assist before it ships.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via DHL Express. Delivery within the EU takes 1-3 business days, and 3-6 business days worldwide (depending on your country). Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Delivery times are based on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Customs & Import Fees

There are no customs fees for shipments within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by the destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days to return your item if you change your mind. Items must be returned in their original condition, with the Plamexs tag still attached, via DHL Express. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Once we receive and review your return, your refund will be processed straight to your original payment method.
