We buy authentic pre-owned bags from established luxury houses — Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, Dior and other comparable brands. We currently buy bags only; we don’t buy watches, jewellery or clothing through this form.

Our offer reflects the current resale market for your exact model, its condition, and what’s included (box, receipt, dust bag). We aim for offers that are honest and realistic — the same philosophy behind how we price the bags we sell.

It’s indicative. The final offer is confirmed after our specialists inspect and authenticate the bag in person. If the bag matches your description, the final offer will match the indicative one.

We arrange an insured courier pickup at our expense — anywhere in the European Union. Prefer to hand it over in person? You’re welcome to visit us in Bulgaria.

By bank transfer to an account in your name, within 2 business days of signing the purchase agreement. We pay by bank transfer only — it protects both sides.

You’re not committed to anything until the purchase agreement is signed. If your bag matches your photos and description and we still decide not to buy it, we return it at our expense. If it does not pass authentication, if its condition materially differs from what was described, or if you change your mind after sending it, return shipping is at your expense (see our Sell to Us — Terms) — an honest, accurate submission makes this very unlikely.

A valid ID (national ID card or passport) when we complete the purchase — as a Bulgarian company, we’re required by law to document who we buy from. The purchase agreement you sign is bilingual, in English and Bulgarian. A receipt or proof of purchase is helpful but not required.

We never buy counterfeit items — every bag is authenticated before purchase. Damaged bags are welcome to be submitted: depending on the model, restoration may be worthwhile, and the condition is simply reflected in the offer.
